Tomato Rice Recipe

Tomato Rice Recipe: Take nice red tomatoes slice into pieces and keep it aside. Cut chilies, onions and keep it aside. Wash rice and keep it aside for 15 minutes by adding some oil into it so that the rice doesn’t get stuck while cooking.
Cooking method: Take a pan put some oil as needed, once it is warmer add some mustard seeds and let it splutter, add whole masala like cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, cumin, shajeera to it, fry for a while and add splinted green chilies, curry leaves, and onions, let the mix turn brown and now add chopped tomatoes put some turmeric and salt and leave it to low flame until the tomatoes are completed cooked to mash stage. Now add the rice and give it a stir leave the same on low flame for 5 minutes and now add the measured amount of water to the mix, increase the flame and let it cook for a while; simmer when the water gets evaporated. Finally add some chopped coriander and check for the rice to be cooked. The dish is ready to be served.
Ingredients:
Rice ½ kg
Tomatoes ¼ kg
Oil/ghee: 2 tb spoons
Green chillies: 4
Onion: one big sized
Mustard seeds, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, cumin, shajeera: little amount
Curry leaves: 2 strands
Meal maker: optional
Paneer:optional
Coriander leaves.
